Founding Attorney
Ken Miller, a devoted Christian, loving father of two girls, and husband to his elementary school sweetheart, is a lifelong resident of Metairie, Louisiana. Born to a New Orleans Police Sergeant and a remarkable, hard-working mother, he deeply values the discipline and dedication instilled in him from his upbringing. He is the middle child with an older and younger brother.
Prior to founding K Miller Injury Lawyers, Ken Miller worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in Louisiana where he was among the top producing attorneys and was elevated to a supervising attorney in their New Orleans office. Ken Miller was surrounded by many amazing lawyers that mentored him along the way teaching him how to handle complex cases and take these cases to trial. He brings this large firm knowledge and experience and combines that with a small firm personal, caring, and individualized approach to every case.
Dedicating his career to representing injured victims, Ken has successfully secured over $40 million in recovery for his clients. His commitment as a true advocate for justice extends beyond the courtroom, reflecting his passion for ensuring fairness and compassion in every aspect of his life.
